Start from a door closer that has already proven itself in schools, hospitals, offices and stadiums. Choose the platform that fits your market, then make it yours.

A private label door closer is a finished commercial closer made by a manufacturer and sold under another company's brand. The brand owner chooses the platform, finish, markings and packaging; the manufacturer handles production and quality. For hardware brands and distributors, it is the fastest way to add a Grade 1 commercial door closer to a catalog, with better margins than reselling a competitor's brand and none of the cost of developing hydraulics in-house.
Complete your Division 08 offer with a Grade 1 closer that matches your locks, exit devices and hinges.
Build an exclusive house brand for contractors, locksmiths and facility buyers.
Sell a certified commercial closer under your own label, with retail-ready packaging.
Supply a matched closer with your doors and pre-hung openings.
As a custom door closer manufacturer, we offer three levels of program, so you can start simple and go further as your volumes grow:
| Private label | OEM | ODM | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting point | DRIWON platform as is | DRIWON platform to your spec | Platform adapted or developed for you |
| Branding | Your logo, labels and packaging | Your logo, finish, arm package and documents | Full brand identity and product design input |
| Time to market | Fastest | Medium | Longest |
| Certification | Built on Grade 1, UL listed platform | Validated when the change affects the listing | Testing planned as part of the project |
| Best for | Distributors, e-commerce, first launch | Established hardware brands | Brands needing a differentiated product |
When rebranding is not enough, an ODM program adapts the product itself: a different cover design, a specific arm or hold-open configuration, a power range targeted at your market or a finish matched to your hardware family. Because door closers used on fire doors must keep their listing, every change is reviewed for its impact on certification before production, and testing is scheduled as part of the project plan rather than after launch.
Buyers often search for an "automatic door closer" when they mean a hydraulic self-closing door closer: the door is opened by hand and closes automatically. That is exactly what our platforms do. We do not manufacture powered automatic door operators. For wholesale OEM programs, choose between the cast iron DN-9500 for extra heavy duty doors and the aluminum DN-8220 for versatile commercial interiors, each adjustable from size 1 to 6.

OEM means we build a closer based on our platform to your brand and specification. ODM means we adapt or develop the product design itself for your brand, with testing planned as part of the project.
Our private label programs are built on DRIWON platforms certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 and UL listed. Any change that could affect the listing is reviewed and validated before production.
